The service

Zinn® Ads helps you manage advertising on the ad networks you connect: it audits your accounts, suggests changes, makes the changes you approve or allow, and reports on the results.

Features are added over time, and a network becomes available only once its connection is approved and built.

Your ad accounts

You may connect only ad accounts you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting one, you allow Zinn® Ads to read it and to make the changes you approve or allow on autopilot.

You can disconnect an account at any time. Disconnecting revokes our access and deletes the data we hold for it.

Approvals, autopilot and undo

Approve-first is the default: Zinn® Ads proposes changes and makes them only once you approve. You may allow autopilot for chosen kinds of change, and withdraw it at any time.

Every change is logged and e-mailed to you, and can be undone for 30 days, as far as the ad network still allows it.

One switch pauses all automatic changes for an account or for all of them.

Spending and results

You pay the ad networks for your ad spend directly, under your own agreement with each of them. Zinn® Ads never makes a change that takes you over the daily or monthly ceiling you set.

Ad networks decide how your budget is actually spent and may spend slightly more on a single day under their own rules. Any such amount is between you and the network.

Advertising results depend on many things outside our control. We do not promise any particular result, return or saving.

Plans and payment

Plans and their prices are shown on this website. A paid plan is billed monthly in advance, before tax, and you can cancel at any time; it then ends at the close of the period you have paid for.

Each plan covers ad spend up to the amount stated for it. Above that, you can move to a higher plan or ask us for a quote.

The click-fraud shield

If you use the click shield, you are responsible for telling your website's visitors about it in your privacy notice. We provide text you can use.

Refund claim packs are prepared for you to send to the ad network. The network decides whether to give a credit.

AI-written ads

Ads written or translated by AI are proposals. Check them before you approve them: you are responsible for the ads that run in your accounts.

If you use your own AI key, your use of that provider is under your own agreement with them.

Acceptable use

You must follow each ad network's policies and the law in every country where your ads run. You may not use Zinn® Ads to advertise anything illegal, misleading or harmful.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.

Liability

We provide Zinn® Ads with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or the actions of the ad networks.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
