Check your ad tracking and recover missed conversions

1. Send your real outcomes

   Connect your store, or send each sale, trial or lead to the events API with your own order id, when it happened, its value and the ad click id the visitor arrived with. The same order twice is stored once, and an e-mail address is turned into a code and never kept.

2. Read the tracking truth check

   Each ad account's card in Zinn® Ads shows the real outcomes and what the network credited over the last 7 settled days. More than 10 percent apart, in either direction, is Tracking is unreliable; if the network could not be read, that is never treated as a pass.

3. Decisions on hold

   While tracking is unreliable, the autopilot judges, cuts and pauses nothing on the network's numbers. Any such change waits under Needs you with the reason, and it lifts by itself once a check agrees again.

4. Fix what is broken

   What we found lists each problem in plain words with how to fix it: outcomes without an ad click id, visitors back from a payment page without it, outcomes on another site, no tag on your home page, or no upload action.

5. Recover the missed conversions

   Pick an offline-upload conversion action for each kind and leave Missed-conversion recovery on. Every real outcome with an ad click id is uploaded once within 90 days, under your own order id, and the card shows the before and after. Check the upload only asks Google to check it and keep nothing.
